With almost 15 years of experience in sustainable rural transition, Instituto Pindorama presents Pindorama LivingHub®, a neo-rural condominium situated in the heart of the capital city of Santa Catarina. Following our guidelines that have enabled hundreds of students to realize their dream of moving to the countryside in an economically viable manner, LivingHub® will be a rural enterprise designed as an AgroVillage. It will feature a variety of sustainable business models within the condominium space, ensuring the financial health of the project and income for the co-owning partners.

In addition to sustainable constructions (housing and infrastructure), guided by the expertise of Instituto Pindorama, one of the most relevant organizations in Sustainable Construction in Brazil.
The land will be situated near Waldorf Schools and easily accessible for clients and suppliers. These criteria will determine the land selection, which must also have its own water source.
Shares will entitle the holder to 1 lot for construction, adhering to the condominium’s guidelines. Collective procurement of materials and services will reduce the cost per square meter, and access to all work structures will be available by appointment.
Furthermore, a separate Company will be responsible for distributing dividends to co-owners, generated by activities such as the Inn, Airbnb, Courses, Restaurant, Mini-Farm, etc.
Our target audience partly resides outside the country, expatriates from North America and Europe who seek a healthier life and lower cost of living in Latin America. We already have an expert in this type of outreach with offices in Central America and Europe. Another portion of the shares will be allocated to Brazilians.
